The Addiction Research & Treatment Corporation (ARTC) has grown to be among New York City’s most important providers of health and human services. It is renowned for its comprehensive approaches, coupling mental health services to the drug-free and medication-assisted therapies it offers for addiction treatment. ARTC’s seven clinics serve more than 3,000 persons annually, many of whom battle HIV/AIDS..
