Counselor
Minimum Required; Bachelors Degree, CASAC-T, and 2 years medication assisted treatment experience. Must have experience in clinical case record documentation and provides counseling and case management services for program patients. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. (Brooklyn/Manhattan)
Licensed Practical Nurse
Duties include dispensing medication, maintaining patient charts, taking vitals, and phlebotomy. Must have graduated from an accredited Nursing program and have current NYS license. (Manhattan)
